Design Manager – East London – Main Contractor – up to £75k + package – Immediate
Ibex Recruitment are currently looking for a Design Manager to join one of our Tier 2 Main Contractors for a project based in East London. The project is the build of 330 student accommodations, valued at around £30 million and still only a stage 2 planning. The demolition of the project is due to start in May, with groundworks commencing from September and has a 75 week build programme.
Our client is seeking someone who is experienced with design management aspects and has working on similar type projects.
