An established media technology company are looking for an experienced driven and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to look after 2 of the company’s business units. These 2 business units make up half of the company and will be looking after approximately 170 employees. The role is currently remote and after lock-down it be will 3 days in the office and 2 from home if you feel comfortable travelling into London. If not, you can be based at home for the majority of the week. 

Role reports to the Head of HR and part of a strong team of 6 in total. This role will suit you if you like be part of close-knit team who all help one another but also wok on their own projects independently and have full accountability. You will also be looked at to help with improving processes and data that the HR team analyse.

You will be experienced with:

- UK employment law

- HR best practices 

- Extensive track record in ROI HR projects / initiatives for the business (both commercially and operationally) 

- Stakeholder management and able to influence at all levels across the business

- Strong written and communication skills

 

Some of the key responsibilities are:

- Ensure leadership team are actively developing succession plans for key talent across your part of the business

- Working with the HR Director and CEO to assist with the People Strategy across the business

- Support line managers with HR issues (legal, cultural and general practices)

- Partner with HR team to develop and implement communication plans

 

Nice to haves:

- HR qualification

- Experience within Tech or Media business

- Leaning towards developing talent
