Internal Recruiter (Trade / Blue Collar) – London

 

Superb opportunity for an experienced Volume / Temp Recruiter to join an established Construction business in London. You will be recruiting Trade / Blue Collar professionals across the business. This role reports to an excellent proactive Head of HR. This role is not only the operational recruitment but also someone who has the ability the improve processes, procedures and wants to be involved in project work.

You must have a high level of attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management as you will be dealing with HR and the business project teams.  You do not need a Construction background but will need experience in volume recruitment at a fast pace. Some of the key duties for this role are but not limited to:

 

  • Proactively source trade labour – always looking at better and more efficient sourcing methods. Playing a pivotal role in creating a continuous improvement strategy
  • Management of resourcing options – Job boards, agencies etc
  • Proactively working with business on resource planning
  • Project work – Systems, ATS selection and an actively involved in EVP
  • Brand ambassador for the business
  • Regular sites business
  • Provide salary & benefit benchmarking and competitor intelligence.
  • Assist the Head of HR with analysis and reporting
