Internal Resourcing Business Partner (Engineering / Construction) – London
  
Superb opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Business Partner to join a Construction business that has an impressive pipeline of work over the next 4 years. 

The Resourcing Partner is responsible for all areas of recruitment including senior and specialist roles, high volume and Trade Labour. This role reports to an excellent proactive HR Director. This role is not only the operational recruitment but also someone who has the ability the improve processes, procedures and wants to be involved in project work.
As the Internal Recruiter you must have a high level of attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management as you will be dealing with HR and the business project teams.   

 

The Resourcing Business Partner will need experience of hiring both niche as well as volume roles and appreciate the importance of hiring both type of roles. 

 

An understanding of Construction, Engineering or a Project based business would be highly advantageous.

Some of the key duties for this role are but not limited to:
  

  • Drive the Talent strategy for your parts of the business – always looking at better and more efficient sourcing methods. 
  • Management of resourcing options – Job boards, agencies etc
  • Proactively working with business on resource planning
  • Brand ambassador for the business
  • Regular sites business
  • Provide salary & benefit bench marking and competitor intelligence.
  • Assist the HR Director with analysis and reporting
