Quantity Surveyor's needed at different levels. Please see below.

 

This leading main contractor are looking for multiple Quantity Surveyors (ranging from Assistant Quantity Surveyors to Project Quantity Surveyors). The projects you will be working on are based in either South East or West London and are large, £50 million plus projects which are a mixture of residential and commercial build.

Ideally you would have worked within complex projects as a Quantity Surveyor and have excellent stakeholder management.

 

Key parts of the role:

  • Control of day-to-day commercial and contractual activities
  • Maximisation on the return on capital and resources employed
  • Liaise with project team members to develop robust scopes of work to allow effective project procurement.
  • Sub-contractor and Supplier’s procurement ensuring that maximum value for money is achieved whilst maintaining the group's ethical, moral and environmental policies
  • Prepare, submit and agree main contract valuations
  • Prepare commercial reports for review
  • Attend project meetings, provide commercial and cost advice
  • Work closely with the management to ensure the project objectives are met.
